Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?
Yes, during private alpha. Future Pro tier €19/mo (multi-restaurant + premium support). Alpha users keep free access forever.
Does it work offline?
Reading data: yes (cached). Creating new shifts/tips/items: requires connection. The app syncs when back online.
Is my data secure?
Self-hosted Postgres with row-level security. Encrypted backup daily to Cloudflare R2. JWT auth. HTTPS only.
GDPR compliant?
Yes. We collect minimal data (name, email, phone optional). You can request export or delete account anytime from Settings.
Who can use it?
Designed for small/medium restaurants (1-50 staff). Currently English, Italian, Spanish.
Can I import existing data?
Manual setup recommended. CSV import comes Sprint 10.
What about POS integration?
Toast and Plaid sandbox in roadmap. Not in V1.
