MYCHEFS is currently in private alpha. By using the service you accept these terms.

1. Alpha disclaimer

This is alpha software. Features may break, change, or be removed. No SLA, no uptime guarantee. We do daily backup but you should export your data periodically.

2. Acceptable use

Use for legitimate restaurant operations. No abuse, no spam, no automated scraping. One account per person.

3. Data ownership

You own your restaurant data. We have non-exclusive license to host and process it to deliver the service.

4. Account termination

You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend accounts that violate terms, after written notice when possible.

5. Liability

Service provided AS-IS. Maximum aggregate liability capped at €100 or zero (alpha = free).

6. Pricing

Free during private alpha. Future Pro tier €19/month per restaurant. Existing alpha users keep free access.

7. Jurisdiction

Italian law. Disputes in Florence court.
